Your content
What you put in Morrow stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, sync it and show it back to you, and to send it to the services above when you use a feature that needs them. You can export it at any time.
What Morrow keeps about you, who helps us run it, and the deal between us. In plain words, because you should be able to read this in one coffee.

This policy covers the Morrow app and this website. It explains what personal data we handle, why, and what you can ask of us.
Morrow is made by Studio Discotech, a trade name of Wordmark Studios B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 85264431, at Bonairestraat 83-1, 1058 XE Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We decide what happens with your data in Morrow, which makes us the controller under the GDPR. You can reach us at hi@studiodiscotech.com for anything in this policy.
Your account. Your email address, and your name if you give one or sign in with Google. Morrow also works before you sign in: then you have an anonymous account with no email attached.
Your board. Your projects, lists and cards, with everything in them: titles, notes, labels, dates, pictures, finished cards and your daily recaps. We store it so your devices can stay in sync.
Pictures. A picture you add to a card is stored as a file. Its address is long and random, so nobody can guess it, but anyone you share that address with can open the picture.
Usage numbers. Small events such as "a card was created", "a day was closed" or "an AI feature was used", with the time and the app version. These never contain your words. They help us see whether Morrow works for people, and they tell us when something breaks.
Where you came from. If you arrive through a link we shared, for example in a post on LinkedIn, we keep one word naming that place (such as "linkedin") with your account when you sign up, and which button on our website you pressed to open the app. It tells us which places bring people to Morrow, and nothing else about you. Our website also counts visits per page and which site sent them, using Vercel Web Analytics. That uses no cookies and does not identify you.
Payments. If you subscribe, Stripe handles your payment details. We only keep your Stripe customer number, your plan and whether your subscription is active. We never see your full card number.
Things you choose to turn on:
Morrow's AI features run on OpenAI. When you use one, we send only what that feature needs: usually the title and note of the card you are working on, and sometimes the titles of other cards on your board, so the answer fits the rest of your work. The other cards' notes are never sent.
This happens per request, through our own server. We do not store the request or the answer, apart from a count of how many requests you made today, which protects against runaway use. Under OpenAI's terms for business use, data sent through their API is not used to train their models.
A few features look things up on the web for you. Then the search runs on OpenAI's side, and the addresses it read are shown in your card.
We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your board to build a profile of you for anyone else.
After you sign in, we may send a few mails about Morrow itself: a welcome, a note when you have not been back for a couple of days, an occasional tip, and two notices about the end of your free month. Every one of them has a link to stop them. Mails about your account and payments, such as a sign-in link or a receipt, are always sent.
We use a small number of services. Each one only handles data for us, under their own data processing terms.
| Service | What they do for us | What they handle |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in and picture storage | Your account, your board, pictures |
| Vercel | Hosting the app and our server, and counting website visits | Requests passing through, technical logs, visit counts without cookies |
| OpenAI | The AI features | What you send with an AI request |
| Stripe | Payments | Your payment details and invoices |
| Resend | Sending and receiving mail | Your email address, our mails to you, forwarded mails |
| Sign in with Google, if you choose it | Your Google account name and email | |
| Your browser's push service | Delivering morning notifications | The notification text |
Your account, your board and your pictures are stored in Frankfurt, Germany, and our own server runs there too. Some of these companies are based in the United States. When data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Morrow keeps a copy of your board in your browser's storage so it opens instantly and works offline. It also remembers small settings there, such as your theme and the hour you usually close your day. We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and this website uses none at all.
When you delete your account, we delete your account, your boards, your usage numbers, your notification details, your billing record and your mail contact. Your subscription is cancelled at the same time. Pictures you added to cards are removed separately: write to us and we will remove them within 30 days.
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what we do with it, or to give it to you in a portable form. You can also object to how we use it. Much of this you can do yourself:
For anything else, write to hi@studiodiscotech.com and we will answer within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
All traffic is encrypted. Your board can only be read by members of that board, which our database checks on every request. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it to keep Morrow running.
Morrow is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by mail before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
These terms are the agreement between you and Wordmark Studios B.V., trading as Studio Discotech (KvK 85264431), when you use Morrow. By using Morrow, you agree to them.
Morrow is a to-do app that keeps your projects on a board and helps you choose what to do today. We keep improving it, which means features can change. We will not take away something you pay for without telling you first.
You sign in with your email or with Google to use Morrow, so your board is safe and follows you to every device. Keep your sign-in to yourself: you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your 30 free days start when you close your first day in Morrow, not when you first open it. During that month everything is on, including the AI features and sync. You do not need to give a card to start.
After the free month, your board becomes read-only until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and you can always export everything.
Morrow costs €6 a month, or €54 a year. Prices include VAT. Payments are handled by Stripe, and you can pay with iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, until you cancel. If we ever change the price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
You can cancel at any time from the app. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.
We do not refund a month or year you have already paid for. The one exception is the one the law gives you: when you first subscribe, EU consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind. If you do, we refund your payment, minus the days you already used.
What you put in Morrow stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, sync it and show it back to you, and to send it to the services above when you use a feature that needs them. You can export it at any time.
Please use Morrow for your own work and planning, and do not use it to break the law, to harm others, to send spam through the mail capture, or to attack or overload our systems. The AI features have a generous daily limit per person, which ordinary use never reaches. It is there so one runaway loop cannot take the service down for everyone.
If someone breaks these terms in a serious way, we may suspend their account. We will tell them why, and they can still export their data.
AI suggestions can be wrong. Morrow always shows you what it proposes before anything changes, and it never sends a message on your behalf. Check what it writes before you rely on it, especially facts, numbers and anything you send to someone else.
We plan to be around for a long time. If we ever do stop, we promise you at least 6 months notice. Morrow keeps a copy of your board on your device, and export always works, so your work never disappears with us.
We work hard to keep Morrow available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never have a bug. Keep an export of anything you cannot afford to lose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. A dispute goes to the competent court in Amsterdam. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection your own country's law gives you, and you may also go to a court where you live.
